After giving birth I started experiencing small urine leaks and it was honestly very embarrassing. I tried doing Kegel exercises but I wasn’t sure if I was doing them correctly. A doctor friend recommended that I try this pelvic trainer, so I decided to give it a chance. Now I can hold my urine again and I finally feel like I have control.

What can a pelvic trainer do?
Initial Stage
By using the Kegel training device for 5–10 minutes daily, blood flow to the pelvic region increases and the pelvic muscles begin to tighten. This helps reduce the frequency of urine leakage.
Mid Stage
By day 14, your pelvic muscles are noticeably stronger. Urine leakage incidents are reduced, and bladder control improves. Pelvic muscles now support more effective sexual activity.
Advanced Control
By day 30, your pelvic muscles are significantly strengthened. Urine control becomes much easier, leakage is nearly eliminated, and sexual performance is enhanced.
Long-Term
With consistent use for 2–3 months, pelvic muscles reach full strength, urine leakage is completely prevented, and pelvic blood circulation and elasticity are maximized. Daily life and sexual health improve significantly.
